When should I order/How much notice do you need?

Place your order as soon as you know what you want! You choose your “receive by” date during checkout and we’ll make your order so that it arrives fresh on or slightly before that date. We recommend choosing a few days before you need it, as we are not responsible for late deliveries due to courier mishaps.

How long will it stay fresh?

Our products can stay fresh for a couple of weeks when properly stored in a cool, dry environment out of direct sunlight.

What are my pickup/delivery options?

During checkout, you will be given a calendar with all available receive by dates. On the following page, it will give you all of your pickup and delivery options along with the cost.

Can I have my order delivered on (date)?

Delivery dates vary based on your chosen delivery method. FedEx Home delivers Tuesday-Saturday between 9 AM and 8 PM. FedEx Business delivers Monday-Friday by the end of the business day. During checkout, you will be given a calendar with all available "receive by" dates to choose from.

The day I want my product to be delivered is not offered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any delivery dates that are not offered on the calendar. This may be because we need more time to process your order or FedEx does not make deliveries to your shipping address on those days. Either way, you will have to choose another receive by date.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, simply choose the customer pick up delivery option and the date you would like to pick it up during checkout. Please keep in mind all of our products are made to order and require at least 48 hours for your order to be processed and produced.

When can I get my pick up order?

Do you offer samples?

Sample/snack packs can be found and ordered on each product page.

Are samples free?

Unfortunately, our production queue is too full to accommodate free samples.

Can you donate products?

There are thousands of excellent non-profits, schools and churches with causes and fundraisers that we are honored to take part in. Our prices are very competitive as we try to help everyone be as successful as possible, but unfortunately we are unable to offer free donations.

Should I get cups or bags?

It is difficult to recommend a particular product because there are so many factors (such as how and when they will be served). Bags tend to be more popular for party favors and carnival themed decorations while cups can be resealed and are stackable.

Do your products have labels on them?

Our products do not have labels on them. Our regular sized cups of cotton candy, however, can be printed with the words “Candee Fluff.” Printed cups are selected during checkout.

Do you provide custom labels or stickers?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide custom labels or stickers.

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have minimum orders, but we do not offer quantities that are not listed on our website. In other words, you are free to order only one case of 25 popcorn bags, but we will not send less than 25.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Purchase Orders.

Do you charge tax?

We collect sales tax on all orders that are picked up or shipped within the state of Georgia.

How do I get tax exemption?

If you already have a customer profile, send us your tax exempt ID/certification and we will edit your account. If you are a new customer, you will have to create a customer profile and place an order. After doing so, send you your tax exempt ID/certification. We will refund the cost of tax and edit your account.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are not responsible for mis- ordering, over-ordering, or events that have been postponed or canceled for any reason.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Our cotton candy products have volume discounts built into the prices. The larger the case size, the cheaper the unit price. Select popcorn products are eligible for tiered volume discounts. If you are ordering 10+ cases, email us for more information.

Do your products contain peanuts, tree nuts or dairy?

Our facility is entirely peanut and tree nut free, right down to the oil we use for popcorn. Our cotton candy is all dairy free but some of our popcorn products use dairy and there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Are your products gluten free?

Our cotton candy is gluten free, as well as the popcorn, oil and salt we use for our buttery popcorn. However, some of our popcorn seasonings may contain gluten and share the same equipment, so there is a high risk of cross-contamination.

Are your products kosher?

Our products are not certified kosher, but they do not have ingredients derived from non- kosher animals.

What ingredients are in your products?

Cotton candy: Our cotton candy contains white cane sugar and various artificial flavoring and food color (based on the flavor of cotton candy you choose).

Buttery popcorn: Our buttery popcorn contains popcorn, canola oil, salt, artificial buttery flavor, soy, beta carotene and FD&C yellow 5&6

Caramel corn: Our caramel corn contains popcorn, coconut oil, sugar, brown sugar, molasses, butter caramel, butter & toffee flavors, soy lecithin, salt, cane caramel color, yellow 5, red 40, blue 1. 

Kettle corn: Our kettle corn contains popcorn, corn oil, sugar, lecithin, salt & artificial flavors.

Cheese corn: Our cheese corn contains popcorn, coconut or canola oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey, cheddar/blue cheeses (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), salt, whey protein concentrate, nonfat milk, sodium phosphate, turmeric extract (color), citric acid and Yellow 5 & 6.

Candy/colored popcorn: Our candy/colored popcorn contains popcorn, corn oil, sugar, coconut oil, artificial and natural flavor, lecithin, red #3 and blue #1.

What colors/flavors of cotton candy do you have?

We offer pink vanilla, blue raspberry, light red cherry, orange, yellow lemon, yellow banana, purple grape, green apple, pink strawberry, pink berry nana, pink watermelon, turquoise apple razz, pink bubblegum, pale yellow pina colada, lime green, sweet gray, and sweet white. Colors can be selected during check out.

What colors of popcorn do you have?

Our candy popcorn is available in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, white, brown, and black. Colored popcorn is available in pink, orange, yellow, white, brown, green, and blue. Colors can be selected during check out.

What is the difference between candy popcorn and colored popcorn?

Candy popcorn has sugar caramelized onto the corn, making it sweet and crispy. Red has strawberry flavor, blue has raspberry flavor, purple has grape flavor. Other colors have sweet flavors without fruit flavor additive. Regular colored popcorn is made without sugar, so it has the same taste and texture of buttery popcorn. Its colors are not as bright as candy popcorn.

Does cotton candy come with the sticks?

Only cotton candy lollipops come with the stick. All other cotton candy products are sold separately from the sticks.

If I order sticks, will the cotton candy come on them?

Our cotton candy products do not come pre-assembled on sticks because they will pierce the bags in transit and compromise the freshness.

How much should I get/What size should I get?

We cannot suggest a specific amount because there are so many factors to consider such as time of day, other food options, etc. As a general rule, we recommend at least one cup or bag per person. If you are getting bulk popcorn, we recommend at least two cups per person. Don’t forget to account for unexpected guests, spills, and second helpings! It’s better to have too much than not enough.
